Sky Sports will have a very busy autumn.

The network released its upcoming schedule, which begins September 26th with Mairis Briedis vs. Yuniel Dorticos in the WBSS cruiserweight finals and ends November 21st with Alexander Povetkin vs. Dillian Whyte 2. British standouts Joshua Buatsi, Chantelle Cameron, Lewis Ritson, and Savannah Marshall will all see action in between.

September 26th: Briedis (26-1, 19 KO) and Dorticos (23-1, 21 KO) finally meet in Munich to determine the Ring cruiserweight champion. With Oleksandr Usyk and Murat Gassiev up at heavyweight, it’s hard to argue against the winner being #1 in the world at 200 pounds.

October 4th: Unbeaten light heavyweight prospect Joshua Buatsi (12-0, 10 KO) takes on Croatia’s Marko Calic (11-0, 6 KO). The press release describes Calic as a “former amateur standout,” but he’s yet to accomplish anything as a pro; he only just graduated to eight-round fights last year.

The co-feature sees rising super lightweight Chantelle Cameron (12-0, 7 KO) face Olympic bronze medalist Adriana Araujo (6-0, 1 KO) for the WBC title. Elsewhere on the card, Alen Babic (4-0, 4 KO) takes on Niall Kennedy (13-1-1, 8 KO) and Aqib Fiaz (5-0, 0 KO) looks to finally face Kane Baker (13-6, 0 KO) after withdrawing from an August clash with illness.

October 17th: As previously reported, Lewis Ritson (20-1, 12 KO) faces former champion Miguel Vazquez (42-9, 16 KO), while top middleweight Savannah Marshall (8-0, 6 KO) fights countrywoman Hannah Rankin (9-4, 2 KO) for Claressa Shields’ former WBO title. Other names on the card include Joe Laws (9-0, 5 KO), Kash Farooq (13-1, 6 KO), and Thomas Patrick Ward (29-0, 4 KO).

November 21st: Povetkin (36-2-1, 25 KO) and Whyte (27-2, 18 KO) got at it in an instant rematch of their August 22nd scrap, which saw Povetkin come back from two knockdowns to poleaxe “The Body Snatcher.”
