UFC 335 opening odds: Alex Pereira underdog, Charles Oliveira favored over Diego Lopes in ‘BMF’ clas

Oddsmakers aren’t convinced “Poatan” is a true Heavyweight — at least not yet.
Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) unveiled the top of its UFC 335 lineup during Saturday night’s UFC 332 broadcast, announcing three high-profile matchups for Sat., Dec. 12, 2026, inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Charles Oliveira will defend his “Baddest Motherf—ker” title against Diego Lopes in the main event, while former two-division champion Alex Pereira returns against Russian knockout artist Sergei Pavlovich in a five-round Heavyweight co-headliner.
UFC also announced a pivotal Middleweight clash between Joe Pyfer and Bo Nickal.
BetOnline.ag released the opening odds shortly after the fights were announced:
Charles Oliveira -172
Diego Lopes +146
Sergei Pavlovich -130
Alex Pereira +111
Joe Pyfer -130
Bo Nickal +111
Oliveira opened as the biggest favorite of the three — though that isn’t saying much. “Do Bronx” captured the “BMF” belt with a dominant decision victory over Max Holloway at UFC 326 and enters his first title defense riding a two-fight winning streak.
Lopes will make his Lightweight debut after knocking out Steve Garcia at UFC Freedom 250 (watch highlights). The fan favorite previously challenged Alexander Volkanovski for the Featherweight championship twice, coming up short on both occasions.
Perhaps the most interesting line is Pereira opening as a slight underdog against Pavlovich.
“Poatan” suffered a knockout loss to Ciryl Gane in his Heavyweight debut, ending his attempt to become UFC’s first three-division champion (watch highlights). He’s staying in the land of the giants, but now has to deal with one of the most frightening punchers in the division.
Pavlovich has rattled off three consecutive victories since back-to-back losses to Tom Aspinall and Alexander Volkov, most recently flattening Tallison Teixeira in just 39 seconds. Early bettors apparently agree with the bookies, pushing Pavlovich to an even larger favorite shortly after the line opened.
Pyfer is also a narrow favorite over Nickal following the biggest victory of his career, a knockout win over former Middleweight champion Israel Adesanya (watch highlights). “Bodybagz” has won four straight, while Nickal has responded to his first professional defeat with consecutive victories, including a first-round knockout of Kyle Daukaus (watch highlights).
None of the three favorites are anywhere close to lock territory, and with more than two months remaining until fight night, expect these numbers to continue moving in both directions.
