A trio of world title fights was announced on Thursday to join the Oct. 31 Saul "Canelo" Alvarez vs. Christian Mbilli "Mexico vs. The World" card in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Leading the supporting cast is WBA super middleweight champion Jaime Munguía, who defends his title against the unbeaten Russian Nikita Zon.

Munguía (46-2, 35 KOs) captured the belt with a dominant unanimous decision win over Armando Resendiz in May. The Mexican was ordered to defend his championship against Bektemir Melikuziev next, and it is currently unclear whether the WBA will sanction the Oct. 31 fight because the mandatory commitment remains outstanding.

Zon (12-0-1, 10 KOs) was last in action on the Dmitry Bivol vs. Michael Eifert undercard in May, stopping Nahuel Gonzalo Garcia in five rounds. Although Zon is unbeaten, it will be a major step up for him to the world level, as he hasn't fought a recognized opponent yet.

Elsewhere on the card, Mexico's Lindolfo Delgado and Russian-born Canadian Arthur Biyarslanov contest the vacant IBF super lightweight championship.

Delgado (24-0, 16 KOs) will be ending an 11-month layoff since edging out Gabriel Valenzuela in an IBF title eliminator. While Biyarslanov (21-0, 17 KOs) earned the best win of his career against Sergey Lipinets in October 2025 and has fought once in 2026 already, stopping Jimerr Espinosa in seven rounds.

In the fourth title fight of the night, Mexico's Rafael Espinoza (28-0, 24 KOs) makes the fifth defense of his WBO featherweight crown versus Venezuela's Lorenzo Parra (24-1-1, 18 KOs).

Espinoza edged Robeisy Ramirez by majority decision to capture the championship in December 2023 and has stopped all four opponents in his title defenses.

Parra is one fight removed from a majority draw with Omar Trinidad, but he bounced back with a second-round stoppage of Elijah Pierce in February.

WBO No. 1-ranked contender David Picasso (33-1-1, 18 KOs) looks to make it two wins in a row since being outpointed by Naoya Inoue last December when he takes on Carl Jammes Martin (28-0, 21 KOs).

In super featherweight action, Japan's Reito Tsutsumi (5-0, 4 KOs) meets Mexico's Raymundo Rojas Garcia (16-2, 11 KOs) and Saudi Arabia's Sultan Almohammed (5-0, 4 KOs) takes on Erick Jahir Villegas (5-2-3, 1 KO).

Rounding out the card is Carlos Emiliano Rojo Vazquez (21-0, 8 KOs) meeting Flavius Biea (24-3, 12 KOs), Brayan Leon Salgado (12-0, 9 KOs) versus Hector Aguirre (7-0, 3 KOs), and Bek Nurmaganbet (16-0, 14 KOs) against Marcos Vazquez Rodriguez (21-3-1, 10 KOs).
