Jiri Prochazka returns to headline a stacked UFC Qatar

Live from the ABHA Arena on November 21, 2026, UFC Qatar has released a star-studded lineup.

After the success of its inaugural event in Qatar, the UFC is returning to the Middle East with one of its best fight night cards to date. Hoping to get his career back on track after a defeat to Carlos Ulberg and push toward another title shot, Jiri Prochazka returns. He meets the dangerous, undefeated New Zealand native Navajo Stirling. Stirling is fresh off a first-round knockout win over Jan Blachowicz and expects to remain in good form, leaving no doubt in the company’s mind that he’s next in line for a shot at the title.

A featherweight brawl with real title implications threatens to steal the show. #4-ranked Aljamain Sterling meets the high-flying Kevin Vallejos in the co-headliner, knowing a standout performance pushes them within touching distance of Alexander Volkanovski‘s throne.

Another addition to the event is a fun one between Dan Hooker and Brian Ortega. ‘T-City’ has been enduring a bad spell of health, but is looking ahead to showcasing his ability with a move up to lightweight. Hooker wants to cut his three-fight skid at the expense of Ortega.

The recent surge in popularity in the 125-pound division means Kyoji Horiguchi and Asu Almabayev have a lot to play for when the cage door closes behind them next.

A clash of titans promises a knockout when Shamil Gaziev locks horns with Tallison Teixeira. Amir Albazi is ready to propel himself into the title picture, but will have to snap the three-fight winning run of Alessandro Costa to do so.

Dubbed the best prospect in Contender Series history, Akbar Abdullaev lit up the show with a 19-second knockout. Abdullaev gets to display just how good he is against a tough, well-traveled veteran, Jake Matthews.
