Liz Carmouche shaves head to make weight for PFL Chicago
Liz Carmouche wasn’t going to miss weight for her PFL Chicago title fight.
The former Bellator Champion and UFC title challenger faces Jena Bishop in a rematch in the fight card’s main event for the vacant PFL women’s flyweight title. On Thursday, ahead of the PFL Chicago official weigh-in, Carmouche shaved her head to ensure she’d come in on or blow the championship limit of 125 pounds.
In the end, she officially tipped the scales at 125 pounds.
Carmouche and Bishop first fought in August 2025 at PFL Charlotte. She finished Bishop via brutal knockout in the third round to win the 2025 PFL Women’s Flyweight Tournament.
